Order & Shipping Information
- All orders require production before shipping.
- Production time: 6–10 business days
- Shipping time: 5–7 business days
- Expedited production or shipping is not available.
- Wide fabrics may require an additional 1–2 business days.
- Orders with finishing services (hemming, overlocking, etc.) require an additional week.
- Returns or refunds are not accepted unless the product is defective.
- Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Order Policy
- Please review this policy before placing an order. It contains important deetails about production, quality standards, and our return/exchange rules.
Precautions When Ordering
- Washing - Use plenty of water when washing, and ensure the fabric is thoroughly dried afterward.
- Avoid Mixing with Certain Garments - Do not ewash with clothes prone to sun damage, as shirinkage or discoloration may occur.
- Shrinkage - Cotton fabrics may shrink by approximately 3-5% due to the manufacturing process.
- Color Differences - Actual fabric colors may vary from what you see on screen due to monitor settings, lighting, and fabric characteristics. Even with the same file (design) and fabric, slight color difference may occur with each production run.
- Fabric Base Color - Our fabrics are slightly off-white and are not pure white fabrics treated with fluorescent agents.
Reasons We Cannot Accept Returns or Exchanges
- Change of Mind - Requests for reword or refunds due to simple remorese.
- Used or Altered Items - Products that have been cut, washed or laundered.
- Time limit Exceeded - Requests made more than 7 days after receipt of goods.
- Post Production Changes - Cancellation or change request made after printing has begun.
- Failure to Follow Ordering Guidelines - Orders placed without following our ordering instructions.
- Non - Defective Products - Items that do not meet the definition of product defect.
Definition of Product Defects
- A product is considered defective if it meets any of the following
- Fabric Damage - Noticeable tearing or contamination.
- Large Impurities - Foreign matter or defects meauring 3mm (0.2 inches) or more.
- Excessive Spotting - More than 5 spots per yard measuring 1mm (0.05 inches) or larger (excluding linen).
- Warp or Shrinlkage Beyond Normal Range - Fabric warpage or shrinkage exceeding 3-5%.
